Even if the weather was not the greatest last weekend we participated (in our own way) in the Clarence-Rockland Classic 2013. Believe it or not, the bottom you tube video is actually not a video but photos I took. When I’m rusty, I have a tendency to go a bit crazy on the trigger!!! I just have to go out more often to photograph. Nevertheless, it is always a thrill to photograph such an event. Contrary to snowmobiles races in Arviat, the racers do not come back in front of you lap after lap. Instead we have to rush ahead of them through short cuts, to capture them at a different point on the course. Adds to the thrill! It was a great experience and we definitely appreciate the endurance of the bikers. I’d rather take the photos…

Nous nous sommes amusées a photographier le ‘Clarence-Rockland Classic 2013’ le weekend dernier. Ce fut encore une fois une belle expérience bien que le soleil n’était pas au rendez-vous. Nous venons aussi de terminer 5 weekends d’exposition à la cabane à sucre de Bean Town Ranch, Plantagenet. Bien que nous n’avons pas trop vendu, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de gens et faits des contacts intéressants. Nous avons pu annoncer nos services de photographes et nos cours. En plus, nous avons pu savourer au moins un repas de cabane à sucre par weekend, alors on est gras dure! Pour ce qui est du video de la course en bicycle, ben, ce n’est pas vraiment un vidéo mais un arrangement fait avec les trop nombreuses photos que j’ai prises.
