Photographing a wedding is always humbling. Though honored to be chosen, I’m always nervous as I want them to have wonderful souvenirs of their special day. It is obviously a more demanding process than a family shoot. I get to meet the couple, family and friends up close and personal. This wedding was planned to be outside by the Saint Lawrence River. Well, the water fell from the sky instead. It poured. To my surprise I did not see any long faces. There was so much joy. Everyone was happy and supportive of the couple. What a beautiful wedding.
